Name: Kumi

History: Kumi is actually a girl. Both of her parents were part of the ZK team when they where alive. By 10 people who saw her talked about how she could win any mans heart. A youkai gifted in dark magic desired her the moment he laid eyes on her. He tried to convince both Kumi and her parents to betroth the girl to him when she was old enough. At their denial he cursed the girl to be a boy so that no man may have her. He disappeared after that and has never been seen from again. Kumi was a boy most of the time, the only time she turned back into a girl was during a new moon and if he was kissed at all he would turn back for a short period of time (Usually from 2-5minutes), but If Kumi was ever kissed by a man (when in her cursed form) who truly loved Kumi the spell would brake and she would be a a girl forever, but if a man ever kissed her when she was in her real form (the girl form) she would be a male forever. Kumi soon came to adapt to her situation. At first she did try to find love, but soon discovered how hard that would be since it appeared to everyone that she would be a Homosexual, when she was just a women cursed to be a man. Soon after Kumi discovered her powers of the light element. Kumi Spent her late childhood and early teens training under her parents. When he was 15 his parents died in the line of duty. Until he was 18 he lived with other close relatives who knew and kept Kumi's secret. When he was 19 he finally became a member of Zos Kias. Kumi been careful to keep the curse a secret from most of the ZK expect for the people who run it like Kazehiko and Lillian and older(I mean older) members who had worked with Kumi's parents when the events toke place.
Personality: Kumi is a happy cheerful person. Always looking on the bright side of everything. He's very sensitive and has been known to get tearful sometimes. Kumi can be very conscious of what others think of him, which is why he keeps the info on his curse on the down low. Because of his curse he still hopes to find love, but find it hard because it could appear to everyone that Kumi is a Homosexual, and do to her caring what others think of her she does not do much about her position and so will most likely remain cursed forever. Since Kumi is still a women in mind and spirit, he has no interest of romance with another women. Though because of his boyish appearance women seem very interest in him. The fact that he's sensitive, understanding, and sweet, does not help the fact either. Kumi is teased sometimes, they will tease him because of how he acts and sometimes because Kumi is commonly a girls name. Kumi sometimes will try to act like a stereotype man in front of others, but usually will only be laughed at because he's so bad at it. Kumi is kind and always willing to help someone. He's one of those people who have a hard time saying 'No' to people. Despite all these things because of the curse he has learned to be brave and strong when need to be. Kumi can be naive at points and to trusting as well. He is no where near shy and always willing to make new friends.

Name: Jay Aisukin

Background: Jay can not remember his parents or his hometown, as he was abandoned at a young age and had to fend for himself in a forest-like region. The boy grew up alone, barely managing to survive due to his lack of focus, but managing to quickly adapt with his amazing memory and high IQ. For some reason, even at this young age, Jay could still could figure things out and take advantage of his situation, One blazing hot day, Jay decided to cool off in a nearby lake. However, with the intense heat, the water was lukewarm, not fulfilling its intended purpose. The boy was musing, trying to think on how he could cool it off in order to relax more, when a voice arose from the lake. Its origin was a girlish figure, who told him that, through a contract with herself, Linn, and the deity Undine, Jay would be able to use the power within him to do such a thing. The boy quickly agreed, acquiring the ability to turn water into ice. However, from his easily amused attitude, this resulted in a week long frenzy of hyperactive enjoyment from melting ice and reversing the process. Though it was rather pointless in the end, Jay did manage to gain quite a bit of control over his power. Recently, Zos Kias picked up on his magical antics, and sent Natasha over to check it out. Since she was the first person Jay had seen in his entire life, as far back as his memory went, the boy was instantly all over her, helping the girl out as much as he could. Natasha ended up bringing Jay back to the main headquarters in order to become Trevor’s partner. Though it has been a while since the boy’s introduction to the modern world, Jay is still working on some of the basics, such as personal space, and wearing proper clothing. However, with this new group of people, the boy is quite confident that everything will work out.
Personality: Jay is easy-going and fun-loving. He enjoys traveling with his partner, Trevor, even though he usually has to smooth things over when Trevor’s flirtatious affairs turn sour. Jay is somewhat ADD, being easily distracted by many things (shiny objects, butterflies, etc.). This, combined with his apparent lack of common sense, makes the world a dangerous place for him (for example, if dared to, or even if he was curious, Jay might touch a hot stove or stick a fork in an outlet). However, he does have a high IQ and memory, being able to remember the minutest of facts and details and quickly recall them. This comes in handy in emergency situations, since Jay can quickly concoct the perfect strategy for the scenario. He’s not fond of killing, but will bind up or knock out someone if it makes things easier. Since he lived most of his life without human contact, Jay is very social and enjoys meeting new people, acting laid-back and helpful in order to get along with everyone. For some reason, he seems to attract the friendship of girls… maybe as a curse upon his partner?

ENTRY 3 (SECOND PLACE!):
Full Name: Tsuchi "Marie" Sakagami
Meaning: Earth, "Star of the Sea", Slope Diety - This name suggests Tsuchi's connection with the element of earth. However, her nickname has its own meaning - of the sea - suggesting that she may not be entirely what she seems. She chose the nickname herself.
Age: 19 - 20
Hair: Lavendar, Very long - halfway down back. Worn in large pigtails kept up by bits of yarn.
Eyes: Medium green.

Height: 165 cm.
Weight: 52 kg.
Background: When Tsuchi was little her parents would often take her to the beach. She grew to love the water so much that she swore to live there someday. One day, she was playing on some rocks when she fell in. The undertow dragged her under and she nearly drowned. She claims it was her love of the sea that saved her, for she was eventually tossed back on the shore, scratched up and shivering, but otherwise unharmed. Her parents, terrified, never took her back, afraid their baby would be hurt again. Tsuchi was determined to show her parents how strong she was, so she set out doing everything herself - climbing trees, training, and chasing the other kids around her village when she wanted to run. She entered races and obstacle courses, got hurt often, but cried less and less over them. By the time she turned thirteen her parents let her have more freedom. When she didn't hit puberty at the same age as her friends, all the girls teased her about it, calling her flat-chested. But Tsuchi was pleased. She could wear smaller clothes and do more work while the girls had to take care of things at home. And then one day she hit it. Hard. She grew a large chest, and was so outraged she loathed them with a deathless hatred. Attempts to flatten them were in vain and painful. She left home at an early age, drawn by the call of the wild. She began training(albeit a little late) with the element of earth, but with only mediocre success. She never voluntarily went to the water again, but gave herself the nickname 'Marie', telling others it meant 'star of the sea'.
Personality: She's a bit of an oddball, this one. She's got a yarn fetish - anything and everything yarn-related, she'll get it. Somehow. Yarn is her precious stone. She wears it in her hair, sews it onto her clothes, uses it as jewelry, and would probably eat it if it were edible. She's a very optimistic person, unless things just go -that- wrong. She hates her chest and believes them to be the root of all evil. She'd blame the apocalypse on them if it were possible. She's kind of feminine, mostly because she has to be since she's a girl. For the most part, she's just as physically tough as most of the guys, even though her elemental skills are so-so to say the least. She has a tendancy to exaggerate situations, even though she means well and does try not to. She loves the water, and listening to all sorts of music. Things of the occult fascinate her. She likes the thought of being an 'outlaw' of sorts, although this probably isn't the case. She's actually pretty focused, unless the distraction is yarn. On the inside, she's not really insecure, but she believes that she could be a lot stronger and is therefore a little unsatisfied with her current state.

Dislikes: Her chest, when guys hit on her, when she is underestimated.

Background: Riley was raised by her uncaring parents until she was 16. Fed up with them, she took off on her own with no set path to follow. One day as she was traveling, she discovered her power with water. Curious about this, and wanting to see if there were others like her, she now had something to accomplish and follow. After a bit of research she ran into the organization, Zos Kias! She's been with the group for almost 3 years and has been successfully working along side Trevor.
Personality: Riley's not the kind of person to be very open about how she feels. Nor is she very trusting. Trevor is her closest friend, and treats him like a brother (in a nice way =P). Even though she's not trusting of most, she's really easy to get along with. Loves a good laugh.

Ability: Riley can conjure up water in her hand like a snowball and the size can vary; being quite small or extremely big. She can also control waves in any body of water. Weight: 60 kg
Background: Is a new member to the Zos Kias team. Temu and her family original lived far away from Zos kias, but her dad had traveled a lot so they kept moving to different places. Once they moved near Zos Kias her dad moved again but Temu insisted that she’d stay and join. A few years later after her family had moved she had bought a house, a car, and more things so she could live with herself. Then had she joined Zos Kias and also figured out that she had an element that she could use. She’s still new but hopes to be acknowledged by others in Zos Kias.
Personality: She’s sometimes a little hyper active if she has to many sweets and also likes to use her element when she has the time. Likes to help around when she can but sometimes her mind kind of blanks out if she’s bored and she’s falls asleep.
Likes: Nature, animals like birds and bunnies, and candy, which is hidden away from her, for safety.
Dislikes: Finding candy, people hurting animals she likes, and getting woken up when she’s sleeping.

Ability: Can control the wind and turn it into an attack or a weapon. The attack she uses is a move called blast of wind which is used when she sends a punch or kick to her opponent and a blast of wind comes out, can be used for far and short distances. The weapon she can turn the wind into is like a tornado on her hand with the point sharpened so she can attack with the wind.

Background: She grew up in middle class. As a child, she was made fun of in school, but that quickly stopped when she started fighting back. When the bullying started she took up kendo. It was during that time that she learned she had her power. One of her kendo classmates tried to rape her, and she activated her power to defend herself. Because of the damage she caused she had to transfer schools. One day when she was practicing, she tried using her kendo with her powers and was overseen by Trevor, when she destroyed a fence. He reported back to Kazehiko, and shortly after he came and invited her to join up with Zos Kias.
Personality: She doesn't find very many things funny, but when she does find something entertaining, she goes full-out. She doesn't take that much crap from people, and she's quick to react violently to those who do. The only thing she goes soft on are kitties.
